As a key member of the X Delivery team, you will collaborate closely with consulting and product teams to deliver sophisticated software solutions. This involves gathering requirements, designing, developing, and supporting applications that meet evolving client needs. You will provide deep technical expertise, ensuring the creation of high-quality, efficient technology solutions. Assignments range from rapid proof-of-concepts to enterprise-grade software development, playing a critical role in project success and organizational impact.

Key contributions include developing reusable and maintainable systems, providing system design recommendations, and independently managing development tasks. You'll write effective unit and integration tests to guarantee software quality. Furthermore, you'll focus on building enterprise-grade GenAI features, developing modular AI services, and implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. Integrating AI into front-end applications, focusing on user experience patterns suitable for AI, and applying responsible AI practices are also core responsibilities.

We are seeking individuals with a strong foundation in web application development and end-to-end experience, from architecture and design to deployment. A deep understanding of open-source technologies, robust problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach are essential. You should be adept at creating proprietary code and translating business logic into technical requirements, adhering to best practices in development and security.

Expertise in GenAI and Agentic Systems Engineering is crucial, including designing and shipping enterprise-grade GenAI features. Experience with building AI services in Python (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django), developing RAG pipelines, and constructing agentic workflows is required. Proficiency in integrating AI inference into front-end applications (React/Angular) and implementing evaluation as an engineering discipline, including responsible AI practices, is also necessary. Experience with business requirement gathering and cross-functional team collaboration is highly valued.

Technical qualifications include experience with Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL/Postgres. Familiarity with OOP concepts, design patterns, responsive UI, and unit testing frameworks (Mockito, JUnit, Jest) is expected. Hands-on experience building applications on top of LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI preferred) and working with agent or orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.) is mandatory. Experience with logging, tracing, and evaluating AI output is also required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 4-6 years of relevant experience, is needed. Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
