Key responsibilities include: - Partnering with stakeholders to define business questions and measurable outcomes. - Defining and operationalizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success metrics. - Designing and analyzing experiments, causal inference studies, and observational analyses. - Developing analytical frameworks for understanding customer behavior and product health. - Identifying actionable insights and translating them into strategic recommendations. - Measuring the impact of product launches and initiatives. - Communicating findings effectively to diverse audiences. - Contributing to best practices in experimentation and decision science. - Mentoring peers and raising the data science quality bar. - Assisting in AI evaluation methodologies and success metrics for AI-powered features. - Applying statistical methods to assess AI-enabled capabilities.

A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative discipline is preferred. We seek candidates with 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

Essential qualifications include: - Proven experience applying statistical inference, predictive modeling, and quantitative analysis. - Deep expertise in experimentation, A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical analysis. - Experience designing and operationalizing product and customer success metrics. - Proficiency with large-scale data platforms (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Cosmos). - Strong programming skills in Python and SQL. - Demonstrated ability to influence decisions with data-driven insights. - Exceptional collaboration and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive clarity. - Passion for mentoring and continuous learning in AI and analytics. - Experience with consumer products/services and product analytics. - Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs is a plus.
