Drive innovation by designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models and statistical analyses to address key business challenges. Build and maintain robust data pipelines and feature engineering workflows essential for model development and productization.
Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis to identify critical trends and patterns. Develop and refine predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data science use cases.
Work with extensive, complex datasets across cloud environments like Snowflake, Azure, and AWS. Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of models through diligent monitoring and continuous improvement. Communicate complex findings clearly using visualizations, dashboards (Tableau/Power BI), and compelling storytelling.
Possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 6 years in Data Science or Advanced Analytics. Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is essential.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with ETL processes and data engineering principles. Proven ability to work with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies is required. A deep understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and AI techniques is crucial.
Solid proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy is a must. Proven expertise in data visualization and effective storytelling using Tableau or Power BI is expected. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions, are vital.
