Lead the design, development, and implementation of ML/NLP models for diverse business needs. Analyze and preprocess data, ensuring compliance with quality and security standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Drive the creation of ML assets and foster knowledge sharing within the team. Oversee model deployment using ML pipelines and advanced MLOps practices on cloud or on-premises infrastructure. Stay abreast of industry trends and propose innovative AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI and LLM-based applications.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn) and SQL. Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases. Hands-on expertise with ML/DL frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. Familiarity with Big Data frameworks such as Spark (Spark-ML) and H2O. Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP. Proficiency in visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. Knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, LLaMA) and frameworks like LangChain for RAG. Proven ability in predictive modeling (regression, classification, ensemble methods). Advanced experience in deep learning (CNN, RNN, LSTM) and NLP techniques. Understanding of clustering, dimensionality reduction, and recommendation systems.
