As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, implementing Lakehouse architectures (Databricks/Snowflake), and developing production-grade machine learning models. You will also design and build enterprise Generative AI systems, multi-agent autonomous workflows, and RAG applications. This includes writing high-performance Python/Scala Spark code for big data processing and developing intricate, optimized SQL queries. You'll also focus on ML feature engineering and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI advancements into production capabilities, ensuring ethical AI principles are upheld.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI/Software Engineering, including at least 2 years focused on Predictive Modelling. Expertise in Databricks or Snowflake, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and Delta Live Tables is essential. Proficiency in Python and/or Scala for distributed computing, coupled with expert-level Spark Core/Spark SQL optimization and complex ANSI SQL/T-SQL syntax is required. Experience with ML libraries, Generative AI frameworks, Vector Search Engines, and agent orchestration toolkits is also necessary. Prior experience with Azure cloud services for data processing and storage is a must.
