Develop and maintain SSIS jobs and AWS ETL pipelines. Understand and modify existing SSIS jobs, resolving production issues. Convert SSIS workflows to AWS-based ETL pipelines utilizing services like Lambda, Glue, or EMR. Ensure proficiency in Python and advanced SQL. Manage data migration processes, troubleshoot issues, and document procedures.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to define data requirements. Monitor migration processes and resolve issues promptly. Work with various AWS modules including DynamoDB, Redshift, and RDS. Maintain awareness of reporting tools like Power BI.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in data migration or similar roles. Strong proficiency in SSIS is essential, complemented by proven experience in building ETL pipelines on AWS. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Spark and PySpark programming.

Familiarity with data modeling and schema design principles is expected. The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with C# scripting is also beneficial.
