As a Data Centre Technician (DCT), you will be the primary liaison between technology teams and the Data Centre environment. You will provide guidance and prioritize tasks for technical teams working within the data center.

Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting a wide range of data center systems and environments, escalating issues appropriately to resolver groups. You will set up and support IT hardware and software, utilizing remote access tools as needed.

Build and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported technologies. Understand all facets of the equipment you manage, demonstrating innovative decision-making while also following direction and paying close attention to detail. You are expected to enhance current processes and implement automation for simplification. Execute individual projects and collaborate with management on larger local initiatives.
