Leverage your technical prowess to ensure adherence to all codes and standards, spearhead infrastructure enhancements, and serve as a subject matter expert in your specialized area, such as cooling or electrical systems. The Data Center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) team comprises experts in architectural design, mechanical and electrical engineering, construction project management, and more, all dedicated to creating the world's most efficient data centers.

Collaborate with partners, customers, and key stakeholders to shape and articulate comprehensive Electrical and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design strategies and long-term plans. Initiate new programs to address evolving needs and champion their adoption.

Effectively manage diverse work programs, engaging teams and engineers to set the pace for the development, deployment, and delivery of data center services and infrastructure. Prepare detailed documentation, including electrical and MEP calculations, product selection criteria, quality checks, code compliance metrics, process maps, presentations, and tracking reports, to provide precise project status updates.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of power substation design, implementation, and permitting processes. Apply sound technical judgment for critical decision-making, driving project delivery, conducting technology reviews, challenging proposals, and fostering consensus among stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and constructing mission-critical facilities. Demonstrated experience in electrical infrastructure is essential.

Proven experience in managing data center infrastructure and fit-out projects, including strong capabilities in managing partners and stakeholders. Expertise in vendor management and proficiency with project management tools, including their customization, is also necessary.
