Join our team as a Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and enhance distributed systems. This role emphasizes scalability, resiliency, and operational excellence. You will develop features, conduct load and performance testing, and leverage advanced tools for high-volume data processing.

Focus on building robust, fault-tolerant systems through redundancy, replication, and automatic failover. Apply recovery-oriented principles and implement strategies like retries and circuit breakers to ensure system stability. Proactive issue detection and mitigation using tests, alarms, dashboards, and telemetry are key. You'll also author runbooks and contribute to incident response and root cause analyses.

Architect and implement scalable distributed system components, optimizing for large-scale data processing. Design and build fault-tolerant systems with redundancy and failover mechanisms. Apply recovery-oriented computing principles and implement robust error handling (retries, circuit breakers, timeouts). Develop comprehensive tests, alarms, dashboards, and telemetry for proactive issue detection and resolution.

Author operational runbooks and actively participate in incident response and root cause investigations. Implement advanced security measures, including encryption and access controls. Maintain automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for streamlined troubleshooting and maintenance. Ensure adherence to change management, compliance, and documentation standards.

Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing distributed systems with a strong focus on scalability and reliability. Expertise in building fault-tolerant architectures, including redundancy and automatic failover. Proficiency in implementing resilience patterns such as retries, circuit breakers, and timeouts. Experience with telemetry, monitoring, and alerting systems to proactively identify and mitigate issues. Familiarity with incident response, root cause analysis, and authoring runbooks.

Skilled in developing automation, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Knowledge of advanced security controls like encryption and access management. Ability to ensure compliance with standards and maintain thorough documentation.
