You will develop features, conduct load and performance tests, and utilize advanced data plane and state management tools for efficient data handling. Peer code reviews will emphasize scalability compliance. Building fault-tolerant systems through redundancy, replication, and automated failover is key, alongside applying recovery-oriented principles and implementing strategies like retries and circuit breakers. Proactive issue detection and mitigation through comprehensive testing, alerting, dashboards, and telemetry are essential. You will also contribute to operational readiness by authoring runbooks and participating in incident response and post-mortem analyses. Standard replication and synchronization techniques will be implemented, alongside developing automation (IaC) for streamlined troubleshooting and maintenance. Advanced security measures, including encryption and access control, will be applied, ensuring adherence to change, compliance, and documentation standards.
