You'll leverage advanced data plane platforms and distributed state tools for high-volume data retrieval, storage, and processing, while rigorously reviewing peer implementations for scalability compliance.

We seek an individual adept at building fault-tolerant systems, applying recovery-oriented principles, and implementing mechanisms like retries, circuit breakers, and timeouts. Proactive issue detection and mitigation through testing, alarms, dashboards, and telemetry are key. You will also author runbooks and actively participate in incident response and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities include implementing standard replication and synchronization, developing automation for troubleshooting and maintenance, and applying advanced security controls. Ensuring change management, compliance, and documentation standards are met is paramount.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and implementing scalable distributed system components, optimizing for large-scale data processing. - Building fault-tolerant systems with redundancy, replication, and automatic failover. - Applying recovery-oriented principles and implementing retry mechanisms, circuit breakers, and timeouts. - Proactively detecting and mitigating issues through tests, alarms, dashboards, and telemetry. - Supporting incident response by drafting and executing runbooks. - Implementing and maintaining automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Applying advanced security measures, including encryption and access controls. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

This role requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in core infrastructure engineering.

Key qualifications include:
