As a Manager, you will be instrumental in business transformation initiatives, delivering high-quality client service and insightful solutions while managing multiple priorities. You are expected to excel in communication, seamlessly integrate into and lead new teams, and quickly build strong relationships.

Key responsibilities include demonstrating technical expertise in leadership development, rewards, succession planning, talent management, and change management. You will contribute to revenue generation by identifying follow-on opportunities and fostering client relationships. Leading project work streams, managing resources and budgets, and influencing stakeholders for major change initiatives are also core functions. You will also provide coaching to junior team members and contribute to business development efforts.

We are seeking candidates with a postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 institute, specializing in Human Resources, and 8-12 years of experience in HR Strategy and Consulting. Demonstrated expertise in applying consulting frameworks to optimize workforce strategies, strong analytical skills for interpreting labor market trends, and proficiency in developing tailored workforce solutions are essential.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. Adaptability, creativity, comfort interacting with senior executives, and robust leadership capabilities are highly valued.
