This Senior Consultant/Manager role focuses on Business Consulting within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, addressing industry convergence and the challenges of competitiveness and agile growth strategies.

We assist TMT organizations in enhancing customer and employee experiences, retaining talent, and achieving operational excellence. Our support extends to data protection, brand reputation management, and executing M&A strategies that drive value, mitigate risk, and position companies for future technological leadership.

Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs for global life sciences clients, focusing on R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions. Drive end-to-end program delivery, including meticulous planning, robust governance, effective stakeholder management, and ensuring value realization across complex initiatives.

Develop comprehensive program plans detailing milestones, interdependencies, and potential risks. Establish strong governance frameworks, including RAID logs and executive steering forums. Foster alignment among business, operations, and technology teams. Manage program financials and diligently track benefits realization. Spearhead process transformation and continuous improvement efforts, supporting transitions, knowledge transfer, and stabilization phases. Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies across all functions.

A minimum of 8-14 years of experience in program management or transformation roles is required, with proven success in delivering complex, cross-functional programs. Essential skills include strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with an MBA considered a strong preference. Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Additional beneficial experience includes work within GBS/GCC environments and specific domain expertise in the Life Sciences/Pharma sector. Exposure to global transformation programs is also a plus.
