Join our dynamic Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday Planning. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive functional excellence and innovation within finance transformation projects.

You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and exceeding expectations through your expertise in financial planning and analytics.

Implement budgets, forecasts, and reports using Adaptive Planning. Analyze financial and workforce models, translating complex data into actionable Adaptive Planning configurations.

Provide expert technical guidance on the Adaptive suite, including design, modeling, configuration, and troubleshooting. Maintain current certifications and develop new skills within the Adaptive Planning solution.

Understand client requirements, redesign business processes, and contribute to application and system design. Lead and collaborate effectively within and across teams to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones.

A finance background is highly recommended, with qualifications such as MBA, PG, CA, or CFA. We seek individuals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in ERP and EPM solutions, including at least 2 years specifically with Workday.

Essential qualifications include Adaptive Planning certification. Experience with both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials is advantageous. Candidates should possess 6+ years of experience, with at least two end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations.

Strong financial or management accounting knowledge is crucial, coupled with a passion for exceptional customer service. You must demonstrate the ability to manage tasks against timelines, possess excellent communication skills, and excel in business analysis and requirements gathering. A detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skills are necessary.
