Join our dynamic Emerging ET&P team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday: Planning and Finance Transformation. This position is based in Mumbai, IN, and is integral to our Enterprise Technology & Performance practice. We are looking for professionals who can leverage technology to achieve business objectives and foster long-term growth.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning. You'll analyze complex financial and workforce models, translating them into actionable insights within the Adaptive Planning platform. Providing technical guidance on design, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Adaptive suite is a key part of this role.

You will also maintain your proficiency and certifications in Adaptive Planning solutions, contributing to the enhancement of our product offerings. Understanding client requirements, redesigning business processes, and optimizing applications and system designs are essential. The ability to communicate ideas and solutions effectively to clients, team members, and partners is crucial for success.

We seek candidates with at least 6 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations. A strong financial or management accounting background is highly recommended. While not strictly required, an Adaptive Planning certification is essential, and certifications in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials are a significant advantage.

Key skills include proficiency in financial and workforce modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Strong business analysis and requirements gathering abilities are necessary, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills. The capacity to manage timelines and goals effectively, coupled with a passion for exceptional customer service, will set you apart.
