Advance your career as a Senior Consultant within our Emerging Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team. This role focuses on Workday Planning and Finance Transformation, contributing to business finance initiatives. Key responsibilities include implementing budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning. You'll analyze financial and workforce models, translating complex data into actionable Adaptive Planning configurations. Provide expert technical guidance on design, modeling, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Adaptive suite.

Maintain up-to-date proficiency and certifications in Adaptive Planning. Develop and enhance our Adaptive Planning product offerings. Understand client needs, redesign business processes, applications, and system architectures. Effective communication and presentation skills are crucial for conveying ideas and solutions to stakeholders.

We are seeking candidates with a strong finance background, ideally holding an MBA, PG, CA, or CFA. A minimum of 6 years of experience is required, with at least 2 end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations. You should possess a minimum of 2 years of Workday experience, alongside 4 years of overall experience with ERP and EPM solutions.

Essential qualifications include Adaptive Planning certification. Additional certifications in Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials are advantageous. A solid foundation in financial or management accounting, passion for customer service, and the ability to manage timelines are key. Excellent verbal and written communication, business analysis, and organizational skills are expected.
