Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday Planning. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and fostering innovation within our finance transformation initiatives. You will work on cutting-edge projects, enhancing our Adaptive Planning solution and contributing to client success.

As a Senior Consultant, you will implement budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Planning. You will analyze financial and workforce models, translating complex data into actionable insights within the Adaptive Planning platform.

Key duties include providing technical guidance on design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Adaptive suite. You will also be responsible for maintaining Adaptive Planning certifications and developing our product offerings. Understanding client requirements and redesigning business processes are crucial aspects of this role, supported by strong communication and presentation skills to articulate solutions to stakeholders.

Candidates should possess a finance background, with qualifications such as MBA, PG, CA, or CFA being highly recommended. The role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience, including at least two end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations, and a minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday.

Essential qualifications include a strong financial and/or management accounting background, and proficiency in the Adaptive Planning solution, evidenced by certification. Excellent verbal and written communication, business analysis, and requirements gathering abilities are mandatory. The ability to manage timelines, work independently, and take initiative is highly valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is also expected, along with a willingness to travel as project demands dictate.
