You will play a crucial role in driving functional excellence and innovation for our clients. We are seeking an individual passionate about building strong client relationships and exceeding expectations. Your contributions will directly impact the success of client projects, focusing on implementing and optimizing planning solutions.

Implement robust budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions within Adaptive Planning. Analyze complex financial and workforce models, translating them into actionable insights within the Adaptive Planning platform. Provide expert technical guidance on design, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Adaptive suite. Maintain up-to-date proficiency and certifications in Adaptive Planning, and contribute to the enhancement of our product offerings.

Key responsibilities include leveraging your 4+ years of experience with ERP and EPM solutions, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in Workday. A strong financial or management accounting background is essential, coupled with a passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to meet project deadlines. Excellent communication and business analysis skills are vital for success in this role.

A minimum of 6 years of experience is required, including at least two end-to-end implementations of Adaptive Planning. Holding an Adaptive Planning certification is mandatory. While not required, certification in both Adaptive Implementation and Workday Financials would be a significant advantage. Candidates should possess strong business analysis and requirements gathering abilities, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail. The ability to challenge the status quo, articulate compelling arguments for change, and take initiative for independent learning is highly valued.

Outstanding interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are paramount. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word, is expected. Please note that this role requires willingness to travel based on project demands.
