Join Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation, focusing on Workday solutions. You'll be instrumental in supporting and optimizing our clients' Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, driving impactful HR solutions within a collaborative and high-performance environment. This role is based in Hyderabad and requires a commitment to working from the office.

As a Workday Senior Consultant, you will address user-reported incidents, assist with system configuration, and manage data uploads and extracts to ensure HR data accuracy. You will also support user training, contribute to system documentation, and participate in testing new features and enhancements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, continuous learning on Workday updates, and assisting with integrations and report development are key aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, who possess a foundational understanding of HR processes. Familiarity with Workday HCM is advantageous.
