As part of the Workday AMS team, you will provide comprehensive services from planning and implementation to ongoing support for Workday HR Technology. Our role extends beyond system implementation to ensure clients maximize the value of their Workday solutions, offering advisory services for optimization and enhancement.

You will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Key responsibilities include resolving user-reported incidents, assisting with module configuration based on organizational needs, and supporting data uploads and extracts for HR data integrity.

Further duties involve contributing to user training and documentation, assisting in testing new features and upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like HR and IT. You will also help develop and maintain custom reports using Workday Report Writer and support system maintenance activities.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field, possessing a foundational understanding of HR processes. Familiarity with Workday HCM modules is advantageous.
