Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Workday FINS Technical solutions. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and supporting innovative Workday technical solutions across global environments. We are looking for certified Workday Technical professionals with extensive experience in Integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll Technical, and Data Management. Your expertise will be key in delivering high-impact solutions for our clients.

Design, develop, and maintain robust Workday integrations utilizing Workday Studio, Core Connectors (HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting), and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).

Work with various API technologies (REST, SOAP) and data formats (XML, XSLT, JSON) to ensure seamless data flow. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and interface failures promptly to maintain system stability.

Support Workday releases, implement enhancements, and address ongoing production issues. Collaborate effectively with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

Conduct technical workshops for requirement gathering and solution design, ensuring client needs are met. Manage client-facing interactions and demonstrate a strong understanding of Workday technical architecture.

Possess a mandatory Integration certification along with certification in Studio, PECI, or Extend. Hold over 5 years of IT experience in the integration domain, with at least 3 years of hands-on Workday experience across implementations, rollouts, and AMS projects.

Demonstrate expertise in delivering end-to-end Workday technical architecture solutions and have a clear understanding of the overall integration landscape. Proven experience defining and building interfaces using Core Connectors, EIB, PICOF/PECI, Studio integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Payroll Interfaces, and Extend.

Experience with advanced, matrix, and composite reports, along with calculated fields, is essential. Proficiency in Workday tenant management and deployment processes is required. Experience with Studio integrations and Boomerang is highly preferred.
