We are seeking experienced Workday Technical Certified professionals to join our Emerging ERP Solutions team. This role involves designing, developing, and supporting Workday technical solutions for global implementations and enhancements. You will leverage your expertise in Integrations, Reporting, Security, Payroll Technical, and Data Management to drive functional excellence and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of hands-on experience with Workday Finance, focusing on the end-to-end implementation lifecycle. A strong understanding of business processes and industry best practices is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and designing robust Workday Finance solutions. You will configure and support Finance modules, conduct workshops, and gather requirements. Preparing detailed documentation such as FDDs and BRDs is crucial. Collaboration with technical consultants for customizations and integrations, along with performing thorough system and UAT testing, is expected.

Further duties involve providing end-user training, creating user manuals, and supporting data migration and cutover activities. Troubleshooting functional issues and offering post-go-live support are integral parts of this role. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and Technical teams.

Candidates must possess 5.5-8 years of dedicated experience with Workday Finance, covering design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. A good grasp of business processes and industry best practices is required, complemented by experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and documentation.

Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops and interact effectively with business stakeholders is necessary. Familiarity with integrations to third-party applications, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential. Experience in Agile or Scrum environments is beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an MBA in Finance is required. Workday certifications are considered an advantage.
