As a Senior Consultant, you will analyze business requirements and design robust Workday Finance solutions. Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting Finance modules, leading business process workshops, and conducting fit-gap analyses. You will also prepare essential documentation like FDDs and BRDs, and collaborate with technical teams on customizations and integrations. Testing, UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live support are integral parts of this role. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial for success.

We are seeking candidates with 3-10 years of hands-on experience in Workday Finance implementation. A strong functional understanding of modules such as FDM, Financial Accounting, Budgets, Procurement, and Expenses is required. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage stakeholders effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an MBA in Finance is essential. Experience in Agile environments and Workday certifications are considered advantageous.
