Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, feasibility studies, and develop robust financial models for infrastructure projects. Provide expert advisory services for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) transactions, ensuring successful project implementation. Manage the bid process lifecycle, including the preparation of bidding documents and evaluation reports for consultancy and works projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and achieve project objectives.

A strong academic background with an MBA in Finance or an equivalent Post Graduate Degree in Finance is required. Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, with a proven track record in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling. Demonstrated experience as a Financial Specialist, Expert, or Analyst on at least two similar projects is essential. Experience in bid process management, including the preparation of bidding documents and evaluation reports for infrastructure projects. Prior experience in Transaction Advisory for PPP projects is highly desirable.
