Champion frontend architecture and design discussions for intricate web applications. Establish and uphold stringent coding standards, development best practices, and design patterns to ensure high-quality code. Drive critical technical decisions, providing expert recommendations for frontend architecture. Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain standards in quality, security, performance, and maintainability. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale applications using ReactJS. Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable component libraries. Translate complex business requirements and UI/UX designs into effective frontend solutions. Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Integrate frontend applications seamlessly with REST APIs, GraphQL services, and microservices. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, providing accurate effort estimations and technical planning.

Implement advanced performance optimization strategies for demanding applications. Focus on improving page load times, application responsiveness, and the overall user experience. Conduct in-depth performance profiling, debugging, and troubleshooting. Champion accessibility (WCAG) compliance and the adoption of web standards.

Evaluate and integrate emerging frontend technologies and frameworks. Contribute to Micro Frontend and Design System initiatives. Support CI/CD and DevOps practices for efficient frontend deployments. Collaborate with enterprise architects on strategic application modernization efforts.

Possess expert-level knowledge of ReactJS, coupled with strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and advanced experience in TypeScript. Demonstrate a deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and expertise in responsive, mobile-first development. Proficiency in state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand is essential.

Familiarity with frontend architecture concepts including component-driven and Micro Frontend architectures, Design Systems, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and JAMStack concepts. Experience with the modern React ecosystem, including React Hooks, React Router, Next.js, and React Query/TanStack Query, along with state and data caching strategies. Expertise in API integration with REST APIs and GraphQL, and understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, SSO).

Skills in testing methodologies are required, including Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress. Familiarity with DevOps and tooling such as Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and CI/CD Pipelines is necessary.

Preferred qualifications include experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, containerized deployments, frontend security best practices, enterprise application modernization, AI-powered or data-driven applications, and Digital Transformation programs.

An academic background including a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 6 years of software development experience, with at least 4+ years focused on hands-on ReactJS development. Prior experience leading frontend teams or technical initiatives is also a requirement.
