Join our Transformation Excellence team as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Technology Strategy and Transformation in Pune. We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), configuration management, and automated deployments.

This role involves close collaboration with development, QA, security, architecture, and operations teams to ensure seamless operation across diverse applications and environments. You will be instrumental in driving our DevOps practices forward and enhancing our deployment pipelines.

Key responsibilities include designing and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) across Development, UAT, and Production environments. You will implement IaC using Terraform, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab), and automate application build, deployment, and rollback processes.

Further duties involve standardizing Git/SCM practices, implementing configuration management with Ansible/Chef, and managing cloud networking and security. You will also support containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS/EKS), monitor applications and infrastructure, and perform production troubleshooting and maintenance. Establishing engineering dashboards and KPIs to track quality, deployments, and performance is also a core part of this role.

Candidates must possess hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Terraform, CI/CD tools, Git/SCM, and release automation. Proficiency in configuration management (Ansible/Chef), cloud networking, production monitoring, and troubleshooting is essential.

Experience with containerized application deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) and Java build tools (Maven/Gradle) is required. You should have practical experience in production deployments, patching, and environment management. Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the Elastic Stack is beneficial. A graduate degree is required for this position.
