This position is based in Pan India and is integral to our Digital Engineering practice, with a specific emphasis on Salesforce and Azure DevOps implementations. We are seeking passionate individuals ready to contribute to building a better working world.

The role involves implementing robust, scalable solutions focused on continuous delivery, optimization, and monitoring. Key responsibilities include setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications within Azure DevOps.

You will be hands-on in creating SFDX projects, automating releases, and managing code synchronization across various environments. This includes implementing GIT branching strategies, setting up and refining DevOps processes, and ensuring seamless deployments from development to production.

Responsibilities extend to environment provisioning, sandbox management, and data handling. Identifying automation opportunities within Azure DevOps and taking ownership of the release process, including documentation and continuous improvement, are also crucial aspects of this role. Maintaining operational administration solutions for Salesforce, including backup, recovery, and monitoring, is essential.

A minimum of 9 years of IT experience is required, with a strong focus on Salesforce DevOps implementation using Azure DevOps and a solid understanding of the Salesforce Metadata API. Experience with Copado and a deep understanding of the complexities of deploying Apex classes, triggers, and custom metadata are highly desirable.

Candidates must possess at least 7 years of experience in Release/Deployment processes using Azure DevOps, with knowledge of Copado being a significant advantage. Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Git, ANT, and preparing package.xml files is necessary.

Proficiency in YAML scripting for pipeline automation in Azure DevOps is a mandatory requirement. The ability to build pipelines and automate deployments within Azure DevOps is also essential. We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic individuals with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage client interactions effectively.
