Develop deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM platform configuration and implementation, including Agentic AI and Custom Application Development. Build and deploy sophisticated Flow Designer workflows, Workspace features, and enterprise-level platform integrations. Understand and apply CMDB fundamentals, including data models and configuration item relationships. Design and support solutions for ServiceNow CSM and portal development.

This role requires a hands-on approach to technical excellence, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for our clients.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 years of experience as an SPM Developer, coupled with proven experience in Agentic AI and Custom Application Development. A strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including CSM and portal development, is essential.
