Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow SPM platform configuration and implementation, coupled with Agentic AI and Custom Application Development experience. Proficiently develop Flow Designer workflows, Workspace features, and platform integrations for enterprise use cases. Possess working knowledge of CMDB fundamentals, including data model basics and configuration item relationships. Gain experience in building and supporting ServiceNow CSM and portal development solutions.

To qualify for this role, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience as an SPM Developer, alongside experience in Agentic AI and Custom Application Development.
