Develop and refine Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents, seamlessly integrating AI capabilities into CRM workflows. Enhance Copilot functionality by connecting it with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. Create custom Copilot plugins, understanding prompt plugins, conversational plugins, connector plugins, and Power Automate plugins. Leverage a deep understanding of Power Automate flows and Azure services like Azure AI Studio, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Functions. Implement robust security, compliance, and governance measures using Entra ID, managing permissions and data boundaries. Customize prompts, orchestrate logic, and ground data for specific business needs. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Copilot solutions. Conduct thorough testing, optimization, and provide production support for deployed solutions. Develop comprehensive solution documentation and deployment guidelines. Continuously stay informed about the latest Microsoft Copilot roadmap and best practices. Build and optimize Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to drive automation and AI-driven insights within CRM processes. Address and resolve technical issues within CRM and Copilot integrations, staying abreast of advancements in AI and the Microsoft ecosystem.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, with a strong focus on Copilot integration. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, and Azure OpenAI integration is essential. Proven ability to integrate and implement Microsoft Copilot/AI capabilities within CRM workflows. Practical experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio, including the creation of plugins. Proficiency in implementing security, compliance, and governance frameworks (Entra ID, permissions, data boundaries). Experience integrating Copilot with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. Strong command of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Solid experience with the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Familiarity with Dataverse, Web APIs, Plugins, and Workflows. Understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
