Develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including integrations with third-party systems. Build and implement RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Custom APIs, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Azure Functions. Utilize Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Azure Functions for robust integrations. Design and implement synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns. Work with Power Platform components such as Power Automate and Dataverse. Configure CRM entities, forms, business rules, security roles, dashboards, and workflows. Develop UI customizations using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Ribbon Customizations, and PCF Controls. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and participate in code reviews. Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required. You must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integration technologies. Proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions and integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware platforms is essential. Experience with D365 CE is expected.
