EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our National Tech Consulting team in Bangalore. This role focuses on Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 CRM and Copilot Studio. Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions. Leverage expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Web API, and Dataverse. Build and implement solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Develop AI agents and copilots utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio. Collaborate with teams to deliver integrated CRM solutions. Apply practical problem-solving skills to complex client challenges.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required. Minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development and customization. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Web API, and Dataverse. Demonstrated experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including building AI agents. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. Ability to work collaboratively across client departments and adhere to commercial requirements.
