As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions. This includes customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and building robust integrations with enterprise systems using Azure Integration Services, APIs, and middleware. Key tasks involve developing RESTful APIs, Web APIs, Custom APIs, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Azure Functions. You will also work with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Power Platform components like Power Automate and Dataverse. Configuring CRM entities, forms, business rules, security roles, and developing front-end customizations like JavaScript, HTML, and PCF Controls will also be part of your role. Collaboration with stakeholders, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to best practices are essential.

To excel in this role, you must possess hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integration technologies. A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science is required. Proficiency in developing and maintaining integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems is crucial. Experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and Power Platform components is essential. Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and PCF Controls is beneficial. You should be able to work collaboratively, approach problem-solving practically, and adapt creatively to deliver insightful solutions.
