Design and lead the development of robust, secure, and governed data platforms on Azure and Databricks. Define comprehensive architecture from ingestion to consumption, establishing enterprise-wide engineering standards.

Key responsibilities include architecting Lakehouse solutions with Delta Lake and Unity Catalog, defining medallion patterns, and developing enterprise data products. You will also design ingestion frameworks, implement governance and security protocols, and optimize performance and cost. Leading CI/CD practices and mentoring junior data engineers are also core aspects of this role.

We are seeking a Data Engineering Architect with deep expertise in Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Spark (PySpark/SQL). You should possess strong knowledge of Azure services like ADLS Gen2, ADF, Synapse, Key Vault, Entra ID, Event Hubs, and Functions.

Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale medallion/lakehouse architectures, solid data modeling skills, and SQL performance tuning are essential. Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), Git workflows, DevOps practices, and data governance in regulated environments is required. The ability to collaborate effectively, solve complex problems practically, and adapt creatively is highly valued.
