This Senior Consultant role within National Tech Consulting - Digital Engineering focuses on transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. We adopt a client-centric approach to deliver long-term value by solving complex strategic problems. Our Technology Consulting practice places human needs at the center, leverages technology at speed, and enables innovation at scale.

Provide technical assurance, architecture governance, and integration oversight for enterprise digital transformation projects. Ensure multi-vendor solutions are technically sound, secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture, minimizing fragmented solutions and technical debt.

Key duties include leading technical governance, enforcing reference architectures, and reviewing design documents. You will oversee integration readiness across enterprise systems like SAP/ERP and define non-functional requirements for performance, availability, and security. Drive technical stage gates, provide input for initiative scoping, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve dependencies. Post-implementation, conduct reviews, document lessons learned, and mentor team members. Prepare technical reports and presentations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

A hands-on technology professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture. You should have a proven track record in multi-vendor program oversight, with experience in at least two large-scale technology transformation programs. Expertise in technical governance, vendor management, and performance assurance is essential.

Required technical expertise includes cloud architecture (landing zones, networking, security, governance, FinOps), enterprise integration (API management, event-driven integration), data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, governance), and analytics. Experience in OT/IT integrations and enterprise platforms is also necessary. Preferred industry experience includes oil and gas or industrial environments. Strong architecture judgment, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate technical risks into clear governance actions are crucial.
