As a Senior Consultant, you will lead end-to-end data privacy and protection engagements. This includes designing, implementing, and assessing privacy programs aligned with global regulations like GDPR, DPDP Act, and CCPA. Responsibilities involve conducting privacy maturity assessments, developing privacy frameworks and policies, advising on cross-border data transfers, and integrating privacy controls into technology platforms. You will also perform DPIAs, PIAs, and LIAs, and support the establishment of robust privacy governance structures. A key aspect of the role is thought leadership, contributing to proposals, client presentations, and staying abreast of evolving privacy laws and market practices.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 4-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or professional services, specifically in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity. You must have proven experience managing multiple client engagements and delivering practical, implementable privacy solutions. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or a related field is required. A Master's degree such as M.TECH, LLM, or MBA in Information Security is preferred. Essential skills include expertise in data privacy, data protection, data governance, and familiarity with regulations like GDPR, DPDP Act, and CCPA.
