As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in leading comprehensive analytics and digital transformation projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in supply chain management, practical analytics skills, and consulting expertise to develop, implement, and scale data-driven solutions aimed at enhancing supply chain resilience, optimizing costs, and improving operational efficiency.

Lead end-to-end analytics and digital transformation initiatives for clients. Design, deliver, and scale data-driven solutions to enhance supply chain resilience, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. Collaborate across multiple client departments to deliver services while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Apply a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. Foster a collaborative, adaptable, and creative work environment.

A Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering), Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), Master of Science (Data Science), Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications, PhD (Computer Science or Management), or Post Graduate Diploma in Management.

A certification in Data Analytics is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Backend Development, DevOps Engineering, Business Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, or Agile Coaching. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Data Engineering, or Product Management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Architecture, IT Infrastructure Management, System Design, or SAP Implementation. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management or Software Architecture.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and provide services across diverse client departments, respecting commercial and legal obligations. Possess a practical, problem-solving mindset with the capacity to deliver insightful and effective solutions. Exhibit agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and sustained positive energy, coupled with adaptability and creativity in approach.
