Develop and implement robust data strategy frameworks aligned with business and technology goals. Assess and enhance data quality across diverse source systems, datasets, and enterprise platforms. Apply a solid understanding of data governance principles, including policies, controls, ownership, and stewardship. Implement master data management concepts to ensure consistent and trustworthy reference data. Support enterprise data programs, ideally with exposure to MDM and data governance tools like MDG, Collibra, and IDMC.

A Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering), Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), or Bachelor of Business Administration is required. Postgraduate qualifications such as a Master of Science (Data Science), Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management are also valuable.

Proven experience is essential, including a minimum of 3+ years in Backend Development, 4+ years in Data Engineering, 2+ years in Data Analysis, 3+ years in Business Analysis, and 6+ years in Software Architecture.

Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments. An agile, curious, and adaptable mindset is crucial for delivering practical and insightful solutions in a dynamic environment.
