Develop and implement robust data strategy frameworks aligned with business and technology goals. Assess and enhance data quality across all source systems, datasets, and enterprise platforms. Apply solid understanding of data governance principles, including policies, controls, ownership, and stewardship. Implement master data management concepts for consistent and trusted reference data. Support enterprise data programs through exposure to MDM and data governance tools.

We are seeking individuals with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential for delivering insightful and actionable solutions. Candidates should demonstrate agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and the ability to maintain positive energy, alongside an adaptable and creative mindset.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, or Bachelor of Business Administration. Advanced degrees such as Master of Science in Data Science, Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management are also valued. A Certification in Data Analytics is beneficial.

Required experience spans Backend Development (3+ years), Data Engineering (4+ years), Data Analysis (2+ years), Business Analysis (3+ years), and Software Architecture (6+ years). Experience with MDM and data governance tools like MDG, Collibra, and IDMC is preferred.
