Drive technical excellence by designing and executing data strategy frameworks aligned with business and technology goals. Enhance data quality across source systems, datasets, and enterprise platforms through hands-on assessment and improvement.

Develop a strong understanding of data governance principles, including policies, controls, ownership, and stewardship models. Apply master data management concepts and implementation approaches to ensure consistent and trusted reference data. Experience with MDM and data governance tools like MDG, Collibra, and IDMC is advantageous for supporting enterprise data programs.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science/Mechanical Engineering), Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science (Data Science), Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. A certification in Data Analytics is also beneficial.

Demonstrate experience in Backend Development (3+ years), Data Engineering (4+ years), Data Analysis (2+ years), Business Analysis (3+ years), and Software Architecture (6+ years). You should be collaborative, able to provide solutions across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements, and possess a practical, insightful, and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
