This role is part of our National Tech Consulting team, focusing on AI and Data within the Technology Consulting service line. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead comprehensive analytics and digital transformation projects for clients. This involves leveraging strong supply chain expertise combined with hands-on analytics and consulting skills. Your primary focus will be designing, implementing, and scaling data-driven solutions to enhance supply chain resilience, improve cost efficiency, and achieve operational excellence.

We seek individuals with a strong foundation in technology and a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, or a Bachelor of Computer Applications. Advanced degrees such as a Master of Science in Data Science, Master of Business Administration, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Architecture, or a PhD in Management are also valued, alongside a Post Graduate Diploma in Management or a Certification in Data Analytics.

Minimum experience requirements vary across key technical domains, including 3+ years in Backend Development, DevOps Engineering, Machine Learning, Scrum Master, and Artificial Intelligence. We also require 4+ years in Full Stack Development and Data Engineering, and 5+ years in Cloud Architecture, Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure Management, and System Design. Business Analysis and Product Management roles require 3+ and 4+ years of experience, respectively. Candidates should demonstrate an agile, curious, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions in a collaborative environment.
