EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice within the Government & Public Sector (GPS) group. Lead large-scale technology consulting engagements, particularly for government and public sector transformation programs.

Develop and implement strategies for technology transformation, business process re-engineering, and digital modernization.

Provide expertise in digital governance, public finance systems, e-Governance initiatives, and technology-enabled service delivery.

Effectively engage with senior government stakeholders and manage complex client relationships.

Drive project delivery by leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, ensuring outcomes are achieved within defined timelines.

Communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or program management.

Proven success in leading significant technology consulting projects, ideally within the Indian public sector.

Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated experience in reporting, performance management frameworks, and making data-informed decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong executive presence.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently and deliver results effectively.

Experience in working with reputable consulting organizations is advantageous.
