Our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) team collaborates with governments worldwide, leveraging international expertise and local insights to address critical challenges and drive innovation in public services. We help public sector entities navigate digital transformation, redesigning services and structures for a future-ready society. Our advisory services focus on strategic choices to enhance performance and build a better world for all citizens.

Develop comprehensive pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge telecom and technology solutions. Conduct in-depth market assessments, competitive analyses, robust business planning, and accurate revenue modeling. Support the successful commercialization of products and drive market expansion initiatives both domestically and internationally. Effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government officials, technology partners, operators, and key industry ecosystem players. Perform strategic research and provide expert advisory support on critical telecom, digital infrastructure, and emerging technology programs.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) is required, with an MBA or equivalent qualification being highly preferred.

Demonstrate significant experience in management consulting, government and public sector consulting, telecommunications, or technology advisory.

Possess a strong understanding of the telecommunications sector and emerging technologies. Experience with advanced domains such as 4G/5G, Quantum Key Distribution (QKD), fraud management, telecom security, disaster management platforms, early warning systems, and other digital public infrastructure initiatives is advantageous.
