A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as B.Tech, B.E., or BCA, and potentially a Master's degree (MCA, MBA, or PGDM) is required. While not mandatory, certifications like CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are preferred. Proficiency in documentation tools like MS Office Suite and Visio is essential. Basic understanding of React, Java, application architecture, and integration is beneficial. Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or SQL is a plus.
