As a Senior Consultant specializing in Technology Strategy & Transformation, your key responsibilities will include:

Designing and developing secure, scalable blockchain-based applications and smart contracts using Solidity, Solang, and Rust. Building and maintaining robust full-stack web solutions with modern technologies. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions. Ensuring the security, performance optimization, and code quality of smart contracts. Integrating blockchain components seamlessly with enterprise applications and databases.

To excel in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. Over 4 years of dedicated experience in blockchain technologies, with a strong focus on the Solana ecosystem and Solidity development. Proven hands-on experience in developing scalable blockchain applications and smart contracts. Proficiency in full-stack web development, including Node.js, Express.js, and React.js. Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including SQL and database optimization. Expertise in developing performance-efficient smart contracts using Rust. A solid understanding of blockchain architecture, token standards, and decentralized applications (dApps). Ability to work collaboratively, solve complex problems with practical solutions, and adapt creatively. An agile, curious, and mindful approach with sustained positive energy.
