This role is within our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice, focusing on International Tax & Transaction Services (ITTS) and Transfer Pricing. We partner with TMT organizations navigating industry convergence and seeking agile corporate strategies for sustained growth. Our mission is to empower these companies to excel in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Leverage strong transfer pricing expertise to manage local files, master files, and statutory filings according to OECD guidelines. Conduct thorough functional interviews and FAR analyses to assess intercompany transactions and agreements. Proficiently perform benchmarking studies and economic analyses, applying appropriate transfer pricing methods for complex scenarios. Support Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs), transfer pricing audits, and litigation matters. Review junior team members' work, monitor engagement delivery, and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and firm risk management standards.

We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience in transfer pricing. A Chartered Accountant qualification is essential for this role.
