This role is for a Senior Consultant in Indirect Tax, focusing on the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.

As a Senior Consultant, your primary responsibilities will revolve around Technical Excellence in Indirect Tax.

This includes: - Demonstrating expertise in indirect tax compliance, covering GST, customs, and related regulations, specifically for TMT sector clients. - Ensuring accurate and timely compliance through proficient GST return filing, reconciliation, and input tax credit analysis. - Drafting clear and legally reasoned technical tax opinions, advisory notes, and responses to notices and assessments. - Possessing a solid understanding of applicable indirect tax laws and case law to interpret regulatory changes and advise clients on their impact. - Managing client engagements and deliverables effectively, leveraging your Chartered Accountant qualification and sound technical judgment.
