Key responsibilities include demonstrating strong technical expertise in direct tax laws and the Income-tax Act. You will lead the preparation and review of corporate tax computations and returns. The role involves conducting in-depth tax research to provide sound technical positions on complex tax issues and drafting technical memos for assessments and advisory engagements.

Furthermore, you will interpret changes in tax legislation and regulatory developments, assessing their impact on client business structures and transactions. Staying abreast of updates in the tax environment is crucial. A qualified Chartered Accountant with a proven ability to apply tax knowledge to complex reporting requirements is essential.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate taxation is required.
