Key responsibilities include tracking and analyzing regulatory developments from authorities like DoT, TRAI, and MeitY. You will review telecom licenses, regulations, and policy documents to identify obligations and business impacts.

Support clients in regulatory operations, compliance management, licensing assessments, and readiness assessments. This includes preparing client-ready deliverables such as regulatory notes, impact assessments, and compliance matrices.

Assist with DPDP/privacy, consent management, and emerging digital regulation assignments. You will also map basic technical architectures to regulatory requirements and compliance risks under the guidance of senior team members.

We seek a Senior Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in telecom regulation, regulatory affairs, data privacy, technology compliance, or consulting. A Bachelor's degree in law, engineering, technology, public policy, economics, business, or commerce is required; a postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Candidates must possess a strong ability to interpret complex regulatory text, identify obligations and implications, and conduct thorough research. Excellent drafting, analytical, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail are essential.
