As a Senior Consultant, you will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of direct tax laws, including the Income-tax Act and its evolving judicial precedents.

Key responsibilities include: - Leading the preparation and review of corporate tax computations, returns, and related deliverables. - Conducting in-depth tax research to provide technically sound positions on complex tax issues. - Drafting technical memos, submissions, and opinions for assessments, appeals, and advisory engagements. - Interpreting changes in tax legislation and regulatory developments, assessing their impact on client structures and transactions, and staying updated on the tax environment. - Applying technical tax knowledge to meet complex reporting requirements.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

We require a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate taxation.
